Each week we gather together online to practice Yoga in a mindful manner. No matter your budget. Donations welcome, but not required to attend. Payment options below.

Class Description:
Sunday Morning
With mindfulness based practices at the forefront of these classes, you can expect to be guided back into your direct experience repeatedly, enabling you to build strength not only physically, but mentally. In this all levels morning practice, expect a steady, accessible flowing pace where we will build heat in the body to release tension and tightness, as well as stretch deeply, creating space to ease into the week ahead.

Donations
I offer these classes on 100% donation with no expectation. Typical donations range from $5-$25 per class.

There are times when we need Yoga, but cannot afford it. Please know my virtual studio door is always open to you, no matter your financial situation.

OFFICE + CORPORATE YOGA CLASSES

Yoga in the workplace is something I am very passionate about. Whether you work in an office environment or at your home-office every day, I am here to help encourage you to take the most meaningful break you can. I am happy to work individually with clients, as well as with large companies and corporations to support individuals in feeling better during their working days and companies to have healthier and happier employees.

The main benefits of us taking a break in our day to pause, breath and move in a mindful manner, create lasting effects on how we move through our days, complete tasks at hand and how we interact with others.

Our employees, as well as ourselves have a lot to handle in our days, both personally and professionally. If we choose to take a pause in our day and really put ourselves first for those 15-60 minutes during class, we are that much more able to show up for those arounds us. If we take time for self care, caring for ourselves gets easier.

I know what it is like to be stressed, to work endless hours, to bring home work with me, to live so far in the future I forget what day it is today. I used to produce trade shows and large corporate events. I travelled for work basically two weeks out of each month, ate poorly, drank too much and didn’t take care of myself. After 6 years, I realized that was not what I wanted to do to myself for the rest of my life.

Yoga changed my life and I’m not saying you have to quit your job to become happier. If we choose to take time to nurture our selves throughout the moments of our days, we can become happier, healthier and more productive employees and people.

I am empowered and so grateful to bring the healing benefits of Yoga to some of the most impactful companies and employees out there today. Let me support your team in feeling better.

KIDS YOGA

I enjoy helping kids of all ages find Yoga to be fun and something they love to do.  In my classes, kids create amazing body awareness, as well as inner and outer confidence through approachable movement, breathing and meditation practices.  We move our bodies into different shapes and like animals - we do this in adult classes, too - and we have loads of fun while doing it.
